Noland Roofing Inc was founded by William "Butch" Noland in 1980 and is currently owned and operated by Michael DeSanto and Paul Noland. Together, they bring over forty years of roofing experience to the co. Learning the roofing business from their father, Michael and Paul have been installing and repairing quality roofs for over twenty years. Michael and Paul retained ownership of Noland Roofing Inc in 2006. At Noland Roofing Inc we acquire most of our new business through referrals. Therefore, customer service is our number one priority to provide the best customer service possible. I had Noland Roofing replace my full roof and they did an exceptional job. I hardly ever write reviews but I cannot express my gratitude for their work and keeping my bottom line low as well as explaining why I was having the leak issues and how exactly they would resolve the issue moving forward. Michael did an excellent job explaining every step of the process with me and even when prices went up on materials between the time we first met and the time he did my roof, he honored all of his prices. The guys did an amazing job. They are such hard workers.

There were problems from day 1, and 5 years into it, shingles started falling off the roof, and then I found out why they were falling off, and it is because they only put 2 nails instead of 4 or 5 in each shingle, and they didn't nail them in the right spot. They didn't catch well, and they are falling off. Right now I have anywhere  between 4 to 6. The guy is nice, but I called him January 1st, and now it is May. They have to come every 6 months, and put nail shingles. I paid about $8300 upfront, but it is supposed to be $5600 for the roof. Nobody was here to supervise, and I had 10 people on top of my house that did not speak English. The owner was here, and the first person was trying to put shingles on a rotten board and he had to shout at him and ask him to take off the board that was rotten. I was here for 10 hours with guys up on the roof. It is hard to get him here.

After they replaced my old flashing and put the new roof on, it leaked. When I asked them to come fix everything wrong per my 5 year warranty, they said the flashing wasn't covered, only the roof! Even though they did the flashing replacement, they didn't honor their commitment and warranty.

THIS JOB TOOK ONE DAY, AND WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY WERE CAREFUL OF THE LANDSCAPING, BUT HAD TO COME BACK TO PICK UP DEBRIS LEFT AROUND.

WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FIRST ROOF, AND NEITHER WAS THE BOSS. THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND REPLACED THE POOR ROOFING WORK WITH AN ENTIRE NEW ROOF AT THEIR EXPENSE. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT BEFORE PAYMENT WAS MADE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ROOFING WORK.
