Countertop and Backsplash Service
They promised to return the next day with the correct pieces & complete the job. Again, they were not on time & the cuts were wrong. They remeasured 1 counter & were to return the following Thursday at 9 am. Again they were late with no call explaining what was going on & no response to calls to them. At 11:30 they arrived. 3 pieces had to be trimmed on site as the new cuts were again wrong (at least this could be completed on site). Very frustrating experience. Owner would not take responsibility & acted like this was routine. I will never do business with this company again & will recommend the same to anyone looking for quality counter top work & service. I paid too much. Unprofessional, untruthful, not punctual, poor/no customer service. They need to take a course on customer service & communication. This was a terrible experience. This company cost me time money & a lot of angst & aggravation. Buyer beware!
