Outstanding Experience with M&P Remodeling! M&P Remodeling was simply impeccable in every detail of our project. Even though it’s a small house, it now feels spacious thanks to the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail they brought to every corner. The board and batten siding completely transformed the exterior, giving it a refined and modern look. The paint job was flawless, and the driveway exceeded my expectations, much larger than I imagined, allowing me to maneuver my car easily and safely. The deck was built to the perfect size , it meets all my needs for relaxing during the week and hosting barbecues with friends on the weekends. I’m deeply grateful to everyone involved. Did excellent work on fixing a downstairs leak, and did it the same day looks better than ever… thanks Terry for doing exactly what you said you was going to do

I had my shower redone due to the original builder's shower leaking into my walls Positives - Tile looks nice, the water turns on and off, cleaned up after the work and tried to follow the HOA rules. Negatives - The plumbers they use don't seem to know basic plumbing. They failed to correctly install a toilet 3 times, attempts to do that included putting caulk inside the flange, installing it with no support other than caulk, installing a new 3" interior flange inside a 3.5" pvc coupling leaving a very obvious gap for sewer gas to escape, then tried to seal the toilet with more caulk. This whole process lasted over a week with my whole place smelling like sewage. Initially installed the shower valve wrong where water came out of both the hand shower and shower head no matter how the diverter was set, no pipes inside my shower walls are secured well, the valve is just hanging freely from the pex pipe. It works but who knows how long it's going to last.

All great. Graded and poured a concrete patio with steps, exterior painting and trim.
