IWe highly recommend Jackson's company for flooring installation and renovations. This job was multiple things including a complete bathroom renovation, a partial bathroom renovation and some painting. This was not the first time we have used Jackson's services. EVERY TIME we are satisfied with the professionalism, pricing, quality of work and ease of communication with both Jackson and his team.

This was the third bath remodel that Moore Harwood Floors and Remodeling did for us. They will ultimately remodel our entire home. Jackson is fantastic to work with. Jackson was fantastic, and knowledgeable about all types of Hardwood Flooring . His crew was on-time, efficient, and even though there is no such thing a "dustless refinishing", of Hardwood Flooring. They left my home so clean, I would say there is. You won't find a better Flooring Company.

Overall quality of work was fair at a very high price compared to other estimates received. The floor had to be redone twice due to obvious swirls in the stain which was applied against the grain of the wood. Most concerning issue was the collateral damage to the rest of the house during the project. Jackson did provide an allowance but this did cover the cost of total damages. His team also attempted to rectify some of the damages. When you pay $8k for floor refinishing, one expects a professional finish without additional repair costs.

The company has done good jobs for us. They have repair and refinished hardwood floors in two of our properties. Jackson was the quintessential professional and was so responsive. He came out right away, provided a quote very quickly and was able to get started within a few days. I had some water damage but also wanted to extend hardwood floors into the family room. He did a very detailed analysis of the type of wood I already had in the kitchen to ensure that the wood grain and stain match to make it look like it was a continuous area which blended so well with what was already there. He was very communicative about the process and gave me some suggestions to improve what I had before. You can tell he really cares about his customers and doing a great job. I love my new floors!

Beautiful work but left some trim off at shoe molding. Also not specific about cost of doing 13 steps so total bill was a surprise. Otherwise I was pleased with quality of work and how quickly they put me on schedule.

Jackson is a true professional! He was highly efficient and thorough and kept in touch with us every step of the way. We had a large project that encompassed 2 floors. This required us to move out of the house for 6 days. His crew handled everything from moving furniture, covering our kitchen fixtures to protect them from dust, right down to replacing and painting the quarter round molding Our floors are stunning! Jackson said he wanted to exceed our expectations and he did!

We hired Moore Hardwood Floors to install new hardwood floors in the living room and dining room and refinish the old ones in the foyer and kitchen to match. The new floors came out perfectly and everything went smoothly. The refinishing had a glitch in the kitchen. Jackson came back, agreed they were not perfect and redid them for free. They came out great. Sometimes things happen, a great contractor will fix a glitch and go the extra mile to make sure the job is outstanding. He didn't even bill us until the floor was redone and we were happy.

Jackson and his crew is absolutely wonderful !!!! Price was well worth the service ( fantastic service ) provided and quality of work. Jackson kept us informed. We would definitely recommend . In fact we did use him for another small project he did with this one ( replaced flooring in laundry room)... and we will use his to replace our upstairs carpeting with hardwoods
