Mister Sparky Electric - Atlanta

I have now been in touch 7 times, 5 by phone and 2 online chats, and the customer service team will not talk to me, or return my calls. I simply want a copy of the invoice for work they completed on my house the past month. Every time, I am told the customer service team is "not answering," once the because the office has closed (at 4:00 pm), once because they ALL were in a meeting and the other 5 times with no explanation. I would encourage people to think twice about using this company. Unprofessional, unresponsive.

They did a good job but their service is so expensive.

Mr Sharky is a more appropriate name. They had been servicing my 70 yr old moms house and rental unit since 2003. They had quoted her $12k for a repair and included an upgrade that was unnecessary. In reviewing the documents and the condition of the home, there were items quoted and billed that weren't installed including an external disconnect at the unit. The required repair and additional miswiring that Mr Sharky never found was repaired for $5k by another contractor.

Mister Sparky arrived very quickly. Immediately started diagnosing the problem. Worked with the plumbers to verify what they needed, then got straight to work. Thanks Henry!

The electrician was able to quickly isolate the issue and resolve it as well as provide me with additional information on Service Size and Cost to add additional circuits. He showed up during the COVID-19 Emergency and was very professional about distance and sanitizing his work area. My wife was very impressed as well and felt comfortable talking with him about some of her electrical questions in regard to our new home.

Work completed as expected.

Work was done well, quick, and above standard. Technician was hired prior day. Was impressed that I asked for more work following day. I was able to get the same technician as well. Technician was available same day both days. Technician walked through changes with me so I understood what was done and demonstrated what was outlined in invoice. Price was competitive. I will use them in my new home.

Very good. Thomas Mills was very knowledgeable. He had to inform me me that work I had done two years ago by a different company was not done up to code, which resulted in my one circuit being reduced from a 20 amp to a 15 amp circuit to be in code. (The previous company spliced 14 gauge wiring with 12 gauge wiring when installing new conduit for a ceiling fan. - I'll be calling them to get the Trust Dale guarantee done! I need my other 5 amps.) Both Thomas and his helper, Chaz were very polite and informative. I will use Mr. Snappy again.

Technician was on time, courteous and professional. Work was completed to our satisfaction. One of the items that was completed seemed a little high priced though. A wall light in a bathroom became dislodged and was hanging down due to the plastic wall box that held the light fixture in place being cracked, so the light was hanging off the wall, I removed the light from the wall by unhooking the three wires and removing the wire nuts. The plastic wall box was replaced by the technician and the light reinstalled on the plastic wall junction box. We were charged for installing a new plastic wall junction box and also for hanging the light, each item was $139.00. I would have replaced the light as it was just hooking back up three wires if I had known that it was not included in the price for replacing the plastic wall box, that item seemed a little pricey as that work literally took about 5 minutes and I felt should have been included with the replacement of the box in the wall.

Smooth and seamless. Matt is the man! So pleased. Always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Gary Lamb was our electrician from Mr Sparky. He is a superstar and Mr Sparky’s MVP. He went above and beyond what was required. He quickly uncovered problems with our house’s electric system. The problem had the potential to set our house on fire. Thanks Gary.

The response time is excellent. I had someone to my home within 2 hours of placing the call. Our electrician was Edgar Santillana. He was very professional, explained our options, and worked very quickly to get this job done. We are VERY happy with the service we received. Will definitely call Mr. Sparky again.
