In the way that it can be done without changes in the existing structure, just by adding reinforcement in design, which requires minimal cost for material and work hours. We had only 4 days left on our due diligence period for a house after finding structural issues from the home inspection. Magdiel was able to come out within 36 hours, and to my pleasant surprise he actually called me a few hours after our initial call to say he'd be in the area and could take a look the same day! He was very efficient and professional, and he described the issues and our options in a way that was easy to digest. Highly recommend!

They were very prompt and gave quick service. I asked if they could do a quick inspection for me and we initially agreed on a week later since that was most convenient for me. The following day, on a Saturday they reached out to me and said they'd be in the neighborhood if that worked well for my schedule, which it did. I was able to get help very quickly whereas another company was estimating at least a 3 week wait time just for someone to come do a simple inspection.
