Description of Work: This is the second time I have hired Mini Maid. This time they cleaned three rooms and a half bath, plus they vacuumed the stairs. They called prior to their arrival and arrived when they said they would. I would have given them A's if they didn't miss a corner of the cabinet shelf under the sink and if they had a lower price. My area is very small and I think it should be at least a third the price of a service including full baths and multiple bedrooms (this didn't include any bedrooms and no full baths).

+ -1 moreI have had them for several years and they do an exceptional job (they even clean the windows on the garage door).
Description of Work: Vacumed, dusted, cleaned: first floor (entry, 1/2 bath, large kitchen, television room--all new wood floors). Also formal living room, dining room (with carpeting) and carpeted stairs to go up, carpeted upstairs stairs, hallway and bathroom.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful. I leave my key and they come in and clean. I use them before the holidays and if I am having company. You don’t have to use them every week. If you don’t do it on a regular basis, it costs $175 for a one time cleaning. It would be a lot less if they came every two weeks. They give me a two hour window and they are on time, friendly, and clean. They leave the place so nice and it’s really clean. They clean things I would never think to clean like ceiling fans. They are bonded and insured and they do background checks on their employees.
Description of Work: I use Mini Maid Service for housecleaning three or four times a year.

+ -1 moreCompany had a tough job because the house was pretty disgusting. The coordinator, when getting the estimate, was very specific with the cleaning duties they would perform. They cleaned the place top to bottom and did so at the agreed upon price.
