Mr. Nichols is very personable, and more importantly, hard working. He does not manage from the office. He is on the job nearly every day even though he has to travel about 60 miles to get to our home in Ellijay, GA. I have seen him cutting rebar and driving the equipment along with his workers. His workers here every morning PROMPTLY at 7 a.m. and work continuously until around 6 p.m. All indications point to the completion of the project in a timely manner. His pricing is honest and fair for the superior quality in the workmanship and materials used. He is a good steward of your money, trying to watch for the best prices and buying materials ahead if he finds a good deal on materials he knows are a part of the project. He passes those savings on to you. (Others I have dealt with in the past would have added those savings on their balance sheet to boost their profit rather than passing those savings on to the client.) I find it very comfortable working with him and look forward to the completion of my addition and landscape project! You can see on his website that he builds high quality homes.
