Mccall Heating Air

I had them come out to repair my AC in my new house and we discovered that there was no filter in the HVAC unit. I called Air McCall to have a case of filters delivered but, because they are so far away, was going to be charged a delivery fee. So, instead, I had them tell me the size I needed and picked them up from a nearby company (saving myself a delivery fee.) When I got home, I discovered that the size I got was way too big! So, I called Air McCall and told them I'd been given bad information. The woman who answered the phone, Mrytie, checked and saw that the information I was given appeared correct but she went the extra step of calling Carrier with the model number to confirm the filter size. She called me back and told me she would deliver a case of filters that were the correct size and take my wrong-size filters. Again, I got the filters from a local(er) company and she was making the exchange because she acknowledged that they had given me the wrong size to buy. I left the case of wrong-size outside my front door and she came and swapped them out quietly -- the next time I walked outside, I had a correct-size case of filters sitting by my front door. THAT is exemplary customer service! I will heartily recommend this company to anyone who asks. They have a quote "Building Relationships That Last A Lifetime" at the top of their invoice sheets. Evidently, they take those words seriously. How nice to find such a great company!
