Matt came out on Sunday to take measurements to ensure he picked out the right replacement and we scheduled time for the install. Matt was very friendly, pays close attention to detail, and works hard to do the job well. He took great care using drop cloths to protect the floor and was very clean. He did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable. He went out of his way to adjust one of our bedroom doors and fix our closet door for no charge. I would highly recommend him for any carpentry work and attic ladder replacement.

Matt was able to come out and perform the work on a short schedule, and with quality work.  I will definitely be using him again when things come up.

The work started and was completed on schedule.  Matt is very tidy, cleaning up every evening before he left for the day.  He is very attentive to detail.  He also did a great job of cleaning up when he finished the job.  The finished product is perfect!

Matt McShane has performed extensive repairs and improvements to my home. His professionalism, honesty and perfectionist quality of work is extraordinary. The 1st project he did for me was the complete gut and remodel of my basement in my home which included 2 bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room and hallway. He then removed, rebuilt and expanded upon the multi level deck and stair system on the back of my home. The old decks were quite old, rotted and barely nailed to the house and were very close to collapsing. I now have a beautiful new 3 level deck system that is securely bolted to the house per code. After rebuilding the decks I had Matt work on my nearly 30 year old cedar siding. He replaced quite a bit of warped, rotted, cracked, weathered, chewed, and pecked cedar siding and window trim, and renailed any loose boards and replaced some 5' sliding glass doors and some fogged up windows as well. He then pressure washed, prepped and restained the entire exterior including the new decks and the existing front deck as well. The outside of my house now looks like brand new and I know it will stay that way for many years due to the quality materials we chose and attention to detail and excellent prep work during the install. I also had Matt install all new outdoor lighting fixtures to finish off the paint job. During all of this work I had 2 garage door springs break at 2 different times that Matt promptly took care of saving me hundreds of dollars by not having to call a garage door company. I have come to believe that Matt can fix and build, remove and replace almost anything inside or outside of my house. It is great to be able to call one person for almost any job around the house. He even gladly took the job of cleaning all of my windows inside and out! All work and material purchases were based on a pay as you go model as opposed to paying at the end of the job but caused absolutely no issues what so ever as all work was excellent quality and completed with no issues. Everything went very smoothly and professionally and I was always informed of my choices along the way. Matt also keep the site very tidy at all times during the construction process. Matt is a pleasure to work with and had the utmost respect for my property at all times. Highly recommended!
