From a surface standpoint- it was ok. The appearance wasn't bad, and I let it ride for a long time...however we never had consistent maids, and it seemed every time they came it was a re-explanation of what needed to be done. As someone who suffers from dust mite allergies, I really needed everything dusted. That was really what caused me to cancel the service- we switched out the rug in our living room, and got a new bed in the bedroom. The old rug in the living room was only about a year old- when moving the rug there were actual piles of dirt- literal piles, as if someone had taken dirt out of planter and tipped it onto the floor- swept under the rug. When moving the bed, let me just say that every dust bunny in the world seemed to have found a home under there as well...and more dirt. So to actually sweep up /vacuum dust off of hardwoods seems to be above and beyond. We kept trying to figure out why we were getting so congested- now we know. We also had problems with the mopping of the tile floors- every time we'd run a swiffer wet wipe over it, it would be black. I'd had the floor grout cleaned about 6 months ago, so it's not coming from there. I'm not sure if what they were using as a cleaner was actually getting the tile clean.

They did a very good job and were very professional.  They were able to come when we needed them, timing was important.

MaidPro does a great job.  They are responsive to the customers needs.

They will reclean anything that you are unhappy with.

Bad Experience. Very polite on the phone... we went over everything they were supposed to do including what cleaning supplies they use. They did a very thorough job of asking about surfaces - granite, stainless, wood and what they would use. I thought I would receive a thorough house cleaning - We keep our house pretty clean and I explained that what I needed was a company ready house - baseboards, shutters, etc. The stuff that doesn't always get done when you're busy. What I got was 2 cleaning ladies who came for only 2 hours not the 3 1/2 I was estimated and what they did I could have done in an hour running around before company. There were smudges on mirrors, baseboards and shutter not done, more dirt on the switch plates (replaced the entire house's switch plates about 4 weeks ago so they were new!) then when they started - I can only guess they used a dirty rag. Floors were streaked, dusting was spotty at best, fans were not cleaned, tub and shower walls were not done, outside of appliances were not done, etc.
I called and complained (after taking pictures) and they did send somebody (a supervisor named Mirna) back the next day who did a better job. She agreed that the original job was done poorly and was very sweet and apologetic. Considering she was by herself, redid the entire house in about 4 1/2 5 hours,  and  it was the day before Thanksgiving she did a pretty good job, but as I went back through the house there were still areas that were not done properly - headboard wasn't even touched and had dust on it, small spots on tile and wood floors - small things like that. I really appreciated her effort and under normal circumstances she probably would have been very thorough, but the whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth for this company. I appreciate that they tried to rectify the situation, but it created a lot more stress than it should have. I will keep looking for a regular cleaning service.
All in all.... great on the phone and got somebody back out there.... but the initial very poor cleaning and the fact that the original cleaners left a checklist with things marked off that the did not do forced me to give a lower grade on professionalism, quality and price. Not that the price would have been bad had they done a good job, but for the job they initially did it should have been $50 not $250.

I have been using MaidPro for several years. They have done an excellent job. They are responsive to any special issues. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service! My son and daughter-in-law's house was cleaned by a team of two. One of the "two" didn't pull her weight and was sent home. Maid Pro was back out the next day to complete the job and my family was extremely satisfied and happy with their work.

After considerable research, I chose MaidPro for housecleaning services.  I spoke with Carol who gave me an estimate over the phone.  I was a bit concerned as I had never had a company do this without an on-site visit.  My first clean was on August 10th.  Meghan and Shannon arrived in the time slot appointed.  We spoke regarding some "particulars" I had set forth with Carol.  They were already well informed and began work almost immediately.  After they completed the work (an hour earlier than the expected estimate), they asked me if I would take a look around to see if they had missed something that I would like done (I appreciated the opportunity prior to their leaving).  The house looked wonderful.  They did a better job on my hardwood floors than any service previously employed.  I immediately phoned the MaidPro offices, spoke with Carol to confirm the Meghan and Shannon could be my regular weekly crew....happily this was not a problem.  I would recommend MaidPro without reservation.

They come every 4 weeks and it is the same person. She is absolutely perfect. If I can't be here when she comes I have no problem leaving the door unlocked for her.

They come once a month. They do a steady job. They do in two hours and it cost me a $100. We don’t have to be here when they come. We just have to make sure that they have a way into our house and our animals are quelled. They are very good, very professional and they really do a very good job.
