The team that came out was friendly and professional. After testing the system, they quickly identified where the leak was and got it fixed the first time. They also spent the time to walk me through programming and operation of the system. Price for work completed was totally reasonable.

Determined there was no leak. Made sprinkler head adjustments.

Very well. Jack made a couple of suggestions that made sense and we implemented them. He put in some new sprinkler heads where needed and relocated a line where it would be most beneficial. He, no doubt, knew what he was doing.

Did a good job. The labor rate seems high but very experienced and repairs are quality. Hard to lock them down to a time since they don't really know how long previous appointments will take. That's the nature of the business I suppose. I will use them again.

Called and left messages twice requesting an estimate for a drainage well and 50 foot pipe. Never received a call back. To me unprofessional companies such as Marietta Irrigation should not be on Angies preferred list.

Saw their great reviews on Angie's List. Called to ask about having them inspect our irrigation system as some sprinklers were not popping up. Left two messages and they never called back.

Great service. Came out as promised and fixed an issue with a valve. The service required that they find the valve boxes (which where under 11 years of sod). After finding and fixing the valve Jack offered to find the other boxes and have them marked. I would definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him.

It went very well. had an issue with scheduling at the beginning but gave him benefit of the doubt, partially my fault because I never check voicemail. When he arrived, he got to work immediately after taking time to understand my requirements in dept, checking property lines, and obsticles.

Time was taken to understand my future plans, goals and how expansion of the system would take place. Jack designed the system to make expansion much easier when I get ready to expand the system

The work was well done, neat tidy and care was taken to keep from cutting or popping any utilities.

When they were done, Jack took the time to explain how the spray heads and system works in general, gave tips on how/when to water, add augmentation to lawn, how to reduce water bill, common pitfalls with systems, how to drian it for the winter, and much more.

I felt like Jack really cared that I got what I wanted and wanted to do a great job. When they were done, you could tell that there was work done on my lawn, but the traces were much less than expected from this type of work.

I highly recommend Jack and his crew and I would definately do business with him again.

They were great and on time. They were honest and did not charge a lot.

Jack cam out and assessed our current irrigation system and then provided a plan, drawing and estimate. It took awhile to get him and my husband together (busy schedules), but the work was great. Jack was able to assess what type of irrigation we needed and made adjustments to almost all of the zones. This is a 12-year-old installation that now works like new. I am very pleased with the quality and the price.

We called Marietta Irrigation because of on our sprinkler zones wasn't working due to a leak somewhere in the zone. They came out, went from sprinkler head to sprinkler head within the system, systematically found the leak, and fixed it quite easily. In searching the leak, they also found several sprinkler heads that were buried under sod, and dug them out for us.

I was also appreciative that they took the time to walk around and do an inspection of both the individual sprinklers and of the system as a whole. They cleaned all of the heads and made sure that they were positioned properly and in working order. During the inspection, they also noticed that one area of our back yard was not receiving any water from the system. They offered to add in a line and sprinkler head in that area. When we asked about how much it would cost, they estimated around $75. We gladly accepted and they went through adding in the line and sprinkler to that area.

All in all, the work took approximately 1 hour, and we now have a fully functional sprinkler system. In fact, it now works so much better because everything is cleaned and positioned properly. My only complaint (and it is a minor one) was that when I set up the appointment, I was told that I would get a call by the end of the weekend to schedule an appointment. I didn't receive a call, and when I called them, I couldn't reach anyone. I left a message, and didn't get a call back until the following Tuesday when the person was calling as he was heading out my way. In the end, the work was done very well and very quickly, but there was a lack of communication once I initially contacted them.

Overall, a very positive experience - very reasonable prices and high quality work.

I called them because I had one stuck valve which needed fixing, and which prevented the use of the rest of the system as a result. They came out, figured out the problem, and had it fixed in very short order. So I had them take a look at a bigger, longer term problem. When we bought the house, we inherited an irrigation system that had a large non-working section in one part of the yard. I had been told by another repair company that it would probably cost at $600-800 to repair. Since they had fixed the stuck valve so quickly, I asked them to take a look at the non-working section and see if it was repairable, and if so what their price quote would be. They looked it over, found and repaired several leaking pipes leading to that part of the system ( which had probably not been in use for many years) and then tested it. The valve needed to be replaced; they happened to have a replacement valve on the truck, so they installed it and tested the system, which now worked perfectly and which now covered every part of the yard.. It has worked perfectly ever since. I gave these guys a very high rating because they were very prompt, very fair on pricing, they definitely knew their stuff ( I have a Rainbird system), and were very good about explaining my options at each stage of the process and getting my approval before starting on the next phase of the repairs. *Highly recommend.

Overall I could not be more pleased! He did everything that we needed done and in a very timely manner! It is a smaller company, so when I first called I got their voicemail, but I left a detailed message and was called back within a few hours. I also felt that he went above and beyond by taking the time to be extremely thorough and go through everything with me. I would definitely recommend Marietta Irrigation to others!
