MARIETTA INSPECTION SERVICES

We are beginning the process of selling our home and wanted to get an honest third-party opinion of what we needed to fix. I interviewed Jerry over the phone and he seemed knowledgeable about home inspections. He asked a few questions about what the house was like then gave me a price that seemed fair with respect to what other home inspectors charge. I hired him on the spot. When he came to our home, he asked just a few questions then got started. His inspection took a little over two hours, after which he talked to us about some of the bigger things he found; fortunately, there were no major problems. There was at least one thing he hadn't noticed that I pointed out to him, but overall he did a great job, including finding some things that we'd not seen. He promised to email the written report the next day, which he did. He took lots of pictures during the inspection and the PDF contained both text and pictures describing places where we should repair. He did a great job!

I hired Jerry with Marietta Inspection Services to perform an inspection on a house I had under contract. There were some concerns about the property and as a result I decided to hire a professional. Jerry was very detailed and thorough in his review and was able to explain his findings. I decided not to move forward with the purchase. The cost of the inspection was money well spent in my opinion.

The overall experience was very positive for us.
