This company did an amazing job. Very considerate and understanding. I had a sick baby and both times the technicians were considerate with their entering and exiting of the house so they wouldn't disturb her. They also took the time to meet my dogs so they wouldn't bark as loud. Even though they ran late, they kept us updated on when to expect their arrival and were apologetic for their tardiness. They work hard and put their customers first.

Marietta Comfort and Air was chosen by our home warranty company to check on a problem with the AC Unit in one of our rental homes. Marietta Cand A ended up replacing the unit but after installing a brand new unit, the same problem occurred (which made me wonder if it was the old AC unit to begin with). The technician determined there was something additional wrong and another part had to be ordered. Our tenant had to wait another 2 - 3 days for the technicians to return and install a new part. Unit is working fine now.
Problem as of today 7/7/14: The Technician left no paperwork on the unit with our tenants. I have called Marietta Comfort 3 times since the unit was installed in an effort to get some paperwork and warranty information on the AC Unit. All three times I have asked to receive paperwork on the new unit and an invoice. I even gave the receptionist my email address to email information to me. I have been told each time that technician has the paperwork in his truck and quot;somewhereand quot; for it has not been turned in to the office. The last phone call (7/01/14), I informed the lady that I spoke with that it would be up to her to send me the invoice and the paperwork on the unit so that I could issue a check from our rental company.

This was a technician through our warranty company.
  • First, he did not show up when he said and this went on for 2 days. When he did finally show up, he came at 11:30pm. His office receptionist kept giving us the excuse that he was and quot;really busy and some falls just take longer than othersand quot;. (If he could respond in a timely fashion, he should have referred us back to the warranty company.)
  • Second, he didn't fix the problem. I called my own A/C technician and he said this guy did not check what he should have. If he had, he probably would have found an issue (such as the coil being broken, falling apart since the unit is about 35 years old) and the repairs would have been covered by our home warranty. (The warranty company offers a 30-day guarantee for repairs and they are going to send out a different company to resolve the issue.)
  • Finally, he gave us some low-ball price to replace the HVAC entirely. Why do I know it's low-ball? I called 3 other companies for quotes and they all consistantly said there was NO WAY anyone could install a good quality system for that price.I would NEVER use this company again.

They stick to their quotes and are friendly. They come when they say they will and I would recommend them. The cost listed is for the yearly maintenance contract for two visits.
