Bob was here on time and immediately identified the problem as a roof leak and not a plumbing issue. Since he was already here I had him look at a toilet that automatically flushes by itself every 20 minutes. He quoted the price and once I accepted finished the job in 20 mins. Overall I am very satisfied with the company but wish their prices are a bit lower. There was a follow-up call today to check up on the work done. I will definitely use them for future work

They installed a 40 gallon water heater. I called them jsut now, and what they told me that the 40 and the 50 was the same price.

I have used Majestic Plumbing previously and I asked for Allan Edgar as my technician. I had to wait one more day for his schedule to free up but that was OK with me. My time window was 2 -5 and Alan and his apprentice showed up at 2:30. He found the problem right away. He had a little more trouble than he anticipated fixing the issue but he made sure that it was done right. He replaced not only the pipe but also the basket and the strainer. Because I am a long term customer I was given a discount which I very much appreciated. I will use them again.

Majestic‘s team arrived within the time window they quoted, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Considered adding on additional repair services, but chose to wait until a future date. Will definitely call them when I’m ready.

The plumber did a great job of replacing the toilet water supply cutoff valve. I thought that I also needed a new flush valve but the plumber showed me that the one I had was just fine (so he saved me some money). I thought that they were a little pricey ($350) but I had a $50 Angie’s List coupon - and, heck, I don’t hire plumbers very often so maybe that’s just the going rate these days. In terms of punctuality, I give them an A - they said that they would be there between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and he arrived at 12:55pm. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

Would use again. All work was explained easily and clearly, no confusion as to what was neede or being done. Arrived on time, but work overall took longer than expected and he had to stop in middle to go to store for parts. Pricing was expensive, but fair for work done and market.

We had to have our hot water heater replaced and also brought up to code living in the city of Atlanta. The plumbers should up on time, gave a fair price, were efficient and the job was done quickly. We even used an Angie's List Coupon and saved 50 additional dollars

1. My appointment was for 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Majestic sent the technician before 11 a.m. I made the appointment at 1 p.m. because my son had the day off and I wanted him to be able to SLEEP. Part of the work to be done was in his room. Majestic had called several times trying to come earlier. I declined, but in the end, Majestic forced me into an earlier slot by dispatching the technician at 11 a.m., even though I repeatedly declined and stated that I wanted the 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. slot.. 2. Majestic called from an unidentified phone number the morning of the scheduled service. I don't answer unidentified calls. There are way too many scammers out there. Businesses I'm used to working with have their numbers associated with the name of the business and it shows up in the Caller ID. Additionally, I instructed Majestic to call on my home phone if I didn't answer the cell because I don't keep the cell near me when I am at home. Those instructions were not followed. Majestic's prices seemed high. The technician was respectful and cleaned up behind himself. The errors were the fault of the company - Majestic. I was disappointed with the experience.

I found them at Angie's and they've been here twice for different problems in our kitchen. They were able to schedule me fast both times. The technicians were great at explaining the options and did not rush the repairs. They both also had great free advice on how to take care of things better, but I will always call them first when something does go wrong.

The plumber was awesome and got it done in a timely manner. The price was a little higher than expected but the company got the work done the next day after the estimate.

Majestic ran a camera in the sewer line, and didn't find any roots. He charged $75 trip charge only. I am glad I called Majestic to get a second estimate.

Very pleased with the workers who performed the work. Since it is under the house and being a senior could not personally inspect. At this time definitely would call again.
