House went under contract and during the inspection they found a small leak coming out of our master bathroom down to the garage ceiling. Had a good experience with Majestic Plumbing 6 or so years ago so called them out again to diagnose and repair. They were right on time and got to work immediately. Diagnosed the leak, repaired it, and tested to ensure it was fixed all in less than 2 hours.

They arrived promptly at 8:00. Our water heater is in a small closet and it is not easy to get into. They quoted 2 hours and were finished on time. Allen was very positive and professional. They cleaned up immaculately. Definitely deserved an A.

Bob came just hours after I first called, after I'd found Majestic through Angie's List. It took some doing, because it is an old faucet and Bob had to go to Home Depot to get what he needed to fix it, but he did and then made sure it was adjusted just right. He is very pleasant and well spoken, and he gave me the best price he could, though it was still expensive for this senior citizen, which is why the Price rating is just C, whereas I gave an A to every other category. Bob also gave me a quote to replace my old water heater, which I'm afraid I'll have to take advantage of in the next several months. Although spending so much money for this is tough for me, I won't hesitate to ask Bob to replace it. All in all, I was happy with the service I got from Majestic and hope I can continue to say that as I call on them in the future.

We bought all the lights ahead of time. Everything went great - our technician was very straight forward from quote through install. Very friendly as well and efficient. The job went quickly and smoothly and the updated fixtures make a huge difference! We replaced: 2 chandeliers (1 was very tall and required a large ladder to be brought in), 5 hall lights, 1 half-sconce, and 1 ceiling fan.

Electrical was acceptable - please stay away from Plumbing, they work on commission and will rob you for substandard work - be careful!!!! Only hire by the hour if possible, and watch their work.

no one has called me in 5 days with the invoice or any recognition of the work done by Majestic which was actually inspected by the county inspector so i'm sure its on the county books. the office persons seem to be confused a lot....the workers are good however....

Josh showed on time, was very professional and advisory. He added a new circuits breaker, changed couple of outlets, added a electric box and replaced old stove hook with new microwave. He left the place very clean and organized. very happy about his work. This job was done after less than a week from a plumbing job that was done also by Majestic with the technician Micheal at same place. He was also very professional and did a great job.

Inspection/recommendations good, follow-up not so good. Rep from Majestic, Terry, made a number of recommended changes/ upgrades to be done during his inspection on Saturday.. He said I would get a copy of his report with the recommendation and prices the following Monday. After a number of phone calls and emails to obtain a copy of the inspection report so that I could review and schedule work to be done, I have yet to receive the report.I would hesitate to recommend this company because of the lack of follow-up.

I was so glad to have someone who could come out on my schedule and without a premium upcharge for a Saturday. The service tech was excellent and quoted simple service and rebuild price with warranty. He also had parts on hand and was quick, efficient, and spoke in layman easy to understand terms. I will call them back again for other work and I recommend, theyre not cheap, but in the range of previous quotes.

Michael was the utmost professional and you can tell how much Majestic values their customers. From the introduction to the goodbye, Michael was friendly, informative and most of all, made me feel like the most important customer he had that day. I never got the sense he felt rushed to complete this job just so he could move on to another client. Michael should be commended for providing me with honestly the best service I've received from service company in a long, long time.

I thought I had a leak from the bathroom or laundry room above the garage, because there was an increasing water stain on the garage ceiling. After Eric opened up the ceiling in the garage and thoroughly troubleshot every possible water source, he found out the water was coming from a roof leak above the garage. Eric was extremely meticulous, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and will indeed use them again!
