Nicki arrived a little late but she did call and let me know so I appreciated that. It was not a problem as I had some things to do before she arrived anyway and that gave me a little more time. She got right to work; she spent several hours cleaning the upstairs bathrooms and then moved downstairs to clean the downstairs bath as well as the kitchen floor; I had not contracted for any other services but did want those done to a high degree of professionalism. I am very pleased with the end results.

The Maid Brigade team has a particular method of cleaning and they work steadily along. The products they use are not harsh, but leave a pleasant clean smell. I had specific instructions for dusting and cleaning some furniture and countertops. The team noted them and makes sure that they are communicated to any different workers who may come to clean. There has been only one poor experience in the two years I've been using Maid Brigade. I was not satisfied with the cleaning that a team performed and asked Maid Brigade not to send that team again. They complied with my request. I've been very pleased with the service.

I have used them 6 years ago and the owner was not franchised so I quit using them for a while and began to use them again 4 years ago when they were under new ownership. I really like them and I like the system they use. Every cleaning person that comes is special trained to do everything a certain way so no matter who you get, they all have a book that they go by to do each job in the house. They have a checklist and every job gets done and it is done right. I have never had to go behind them and do anything. It is cheaper the more frequently you use them. I am real happy with them.

I asked them NOT to exceed three hours (rate is by the hour, not the job.) At three hours and 10 minutes I checked in with them and they realized they had miscalculated the time. They told me the main floor was completed except for vacuuming the floor, which would take an additional 10 mins. I approved the vacuuming; however, upon later inspection, I discovered tasks that had not been completed (some blinds, floor boards, and a light fixture still covered with dust.) They returned the next day (at no charge) and completed the work.
