Description of Work: MC Homecraft (MC) took on four separate jobs for me. Chimney chase replacement. We had an external chimney on a fireplace that had been damaged by water leaking through poor flashing on the top of the chimney. Mike and his team came out and gave me an estimate to fix and an estimate to replace. We ended up having to replace it because the damage was so bad. Mike and his team and to tear down brick, siding and structure then replace it. They also had to do some extensive repairs on the roof where the leak originally occurred. They matched the original brick and siding very closely, you can't tell it was done. We just had four inches of rain, no leak. Basement room remodel. We had a room that was framed but not finished that we wanted converted into a fifth bedroom. MC and team finished off the framing, did HVAC, electrical, drywall and carpet. The room looks great, better than the rest of the basement that had already been finished. Deck repair - Our deck was ten years old and the previous owners (as you can tell from the other work) didn't take very good care of the house. MC came in and fixed boards that had rotted and put in some supports to make the deck stronger. Deck/Fire pit - We added a 20X20 deck to the back of our house with a fire pit. They dug the supports, built the deck, matched the rails to our existing deck and worked with their stone contractor to build a beautiful fire pit.
