MC was wonderful to work for:
- They came and gave a fast and fair estimate. They were able to start our job within 10 days.
- They showed up when they said they would.
- When surprises came up, they were fair in how they dealt with them. I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. For example, there was a crack in a retaining wall next to our pool. Before we put decking next to it, MC brought someone out to fix. The price to fix was $600 and seemed fair and reasonable. There were other items that came up as we went along and MC was fair about how they approached the increases.
- The quality of the work was great. They over engineered many of the elements they did for us to ensure the work was done well.
- Took a little longer than expected, but I didn't mind because they were doing the work right not fast.
- The owner came out usually once per day of work to check on progress. he was very responsive and returned calls or texts almost immediately. He also gave us some recommendations on other contractors to use in the area.
