My HOA contracted this company to come out and do a roof leak repair in December of 2009. I contacted the company multiple times about them coming inside to look at the damage and be able to assess and properly correct the outside leak. Unfortunately for the the roofer came and went and I never saw them performing the work. The contractor never came inside to assess. Now 6 years later, I have a leak in the EXACT same location. Shoddy work.
