They worked with me in finding an appointment time and gave me a standy appointment that was actually worked in same-day. Esteban was courteous and efficient and the work was done quickly. My only complaint is that the HomeAdvisor app gave me the option to pay from the app, which i have done with other pros, and Lightning Bug told me they do not take payments that way. I wanted to use a discount HomeAdvisor was offering so I was not able to do that. I reached out to customer service and they were rude and unhelpful.

We just had LBE come out to do a list of items, including light fixture installation and some electrical upgrades. I'm sure all of their electricians are well-qualified, but if Jason Allen shows up at your place, you can best believe you'll get quality service and workmanship. He didn't try to up-sell us on things we didn't need, and he explained everything he did for us as he went along. He was on time almost to the second, and he's just a nice guy. LBE is lucky to have him as part of their company.

This is an excellent company; they came out on an emergency wiring issue discovered during a backsplash demo. They worked almost 8 hours to replace a terrible wiring job and bring it all up to code. They worked professionally, efficiently, courteously. It was amazing the terrible wiring that a previous contractor installed; they made it all correct and safe. If you need an electrical company, you won't be sorry to hire from this company. The crew that worked on our kitchen was JJ, James, and Colman. I am happy and the backsplash contractor can continue with his work!

The technician, David, patiently explained what needed to be done, without condescension. It was a necessary educational process for a new homeowner that augmented the corrective measures outlined in the home inspector's report. The repairs were made professionally, comprehensively and immaculately. David was courteous, respectful and a consummate professional. The electrical inspection, a thorough top-to-bottom, interior and exterior system examination, generated a report that provides an excellent blueprint for future additions to the house. David explained everything and gave various options for action items, without any high-pressure sales tactics.

Job was done quickly, at my convenience and done professionally

Removed old chandelier and then assembled and installed new one in high-ceiling foyer. No problems, everything went perfectly. About $200 for service call and labor. Two technicians. Took about 45 minutes.

They gave good suggestions and explanations of potential issues.

Fan was installed properly but did a shoddy job cutting the hole in the ceiling for it to fit. Otherwise the job quality would have been 'very good'.

Overall, I was very pleased, and would use and recommend them again.

Tony was excellent at communicating, in e-mail and by phone. He showed up when he said, phoned before arriving as promised, was quick and professional, checked in periodically to make sure this was what I wanted, and even explained some basics to me! I'll call him for my next electrical service needs!

Tony was very professional and courteous. Tony was very efficient and a very hard worker. It was at least 80 degrees and he just kept on working on the roof and in the attic with very little breaks. His work is very much appreciated. Thanks. I would recommend him to anyone.

After dealing with so many companies during my move, Lightning Bug was so refreshing to deal with -- very professional, courteous, on-time (!!) and didn't cost a fortune. Tony really knew his stuff too -- I highly recommend him! He even did little extras that weren't in the initial estimate for the same price.

I was very pleased with Lightning Bug Electric. Tony did such a good job that I had him do some additional work. He even pointed out a problem with my attic fan that could have been a fire hazard and made the repair. I felt Tony provided a good value for the work performed.

Tony and Miguel did a super job installing our ceiling fans. Communication before the job started was excellent and they arrived on time and completed the job in a professional and courteous manner. I plan to use Lightning Bug in the future and I highly recommend them.
