Description of Work: We had our front walkway and landscaping removed and replaced. The old walkway was concrete but damaged and we didn't like the path it followed. The new walkway is also concrete. The layout was based on a design developed by another firm, but with some revisions suggested by Lifescapes that we agreed to.

Description of Work: We signed a 1-year service contract the 3rd week of April 2012 for weekly service - mow, edge, blow, weed and trim. Our package also includes a soil test, sprinkler inspections, certain chemicals, and pruning trees under 12'. The total contract package is over $300 a month. To date, we haven't seen any soil test results or signs of chemical applications. We've received conflicting advice about our sprinkler system. The weekly maintenance crew has done an excellent job edging, mowing, and blowing. Oscar, the crew leader, has gone out of his way to help with projects- once I explained them directly to him-even after receiving no instructions from Ryan, our service rep. It has taken 6 weeks to receive bids from Ryan that were requested in April. Ultimately, we ended up finding other contractors to provide services for those projects. We've made multiple calls to Paula in the office, Ryan-the sales rep, and Brian, the maintenance manager. We get promises, but little follow thru.

Description of Work: This contractor mows, trims, edges, weed eats, fertilizes, and does full landscaping for us on a weekly basis as part of a monthly service contract. Our lawn is between a half acre to three quarters of an acre and has many plants and bushes which need constant trimming. They do basically everything for the one price they charge us and all the refuge is taken away by them at the end of their visits.

Description of Work: Mow, blow, leaf removal, light trimming of shrubs, fertilize, irrigation service.
