Liberty Disposal Inc

I have contacted customer service more than 8 times to try to get them to do what they were paid to do, pick up my garbage. One guy told me too bad, it would be next week before I could get a pick up. When they missed the following week, I was told they would pick up in 24 hours. This did not happen and customer service has not given me a new pickup time.

Liberty Disposal Inc is essentially American Disposal Services, i really have no complaint for the service. My complaint is in there pricing. Every where else in my area, trash collection is 40.00 a quarter including American collection just 6 miles away where i used to live and had American for 40.00. Now where i moved American is the only one who services my road so i feel they are taking advantage of there situation. i don't live in the woods or down some dirt road it just has been overlooked by other company's is my only guess. if another company should service my area i will switch.

Liberty Disposal are punctual and charge a reasonable price.

Their customer service is a breath of fresh air - no pun intended, for a garbage service. Their trucks are lightweight alloy steel (thus they use less fuel). All trucks use bio-fuel. All trucks use lowest-emission turbo engines. They are a local company, based in Acworth, GA.

I have weekly pick-up service, and Liberty has never missed a day - unlike other haulers I'd used in the past. They never leave trash on the ground, nor do they leave my garbage can or recycling bin out in the street. One example of how they go "above and beyond" - when it rains, I cover my recycling bin with a sheet of plastic, so the paper inside stays dry. After Liberty picked up my recycling one rainy day, they carefully replaced the plastic and rubber band so that the inside of my bin wouldn't be wet when I took it back into the garage. Their rates were also less than the "big guys". My current rate is $57/ quarter, which includes recycling.
