I have serviced it twice. They have a quiet room. I have saved sixty dollars by coming in. They treat me exactly as though I bought the car from them which I think it was amazing.

We required quick response due to getting back from trip. They worked us in. It is good to know they are trained and provide Lexus parts. Washed car. Gave us a loaner to shop at no cost. Break area is awesome with free drinks and snacks.

They are very good, and my experience with them has always been good. They stake their reputation on excellent service. They give me a loaner car if I need it. The last service was free; if I do all my services there till it is about five years, then I get one service free. I would use them again in the future.

I was able to get a loaner since Nalley had to keep my car all day. They were easy to set an appointment with, did the work on schedule and were very friendly and easy to work with. They returned the car in pristine condition and it is operating fine.

Nalley Lexus handles all of my auto service needs. They are friendly and courteous here. I've never had to wait very long for their service and I trust them to tell me honestly whatever is wrong and what has to be fixed. They have very state of the art computer technology to help them diagnose and show you what the problem is.

I ve always felt really comfortable here and the reason why is because the customer service takes good care of you. The waiting room is really nice to wait in and the work done to my car has always been worth it.

If they keep it over 2 hours, they give me a rental car. They'll let you use the phones, coffee machines, and there is a place to read. They always wash the car and vacuum it before they return it to me!

I WAS PROVIDED WITH A LOANER CAR AT NO CHARGE TO ME WHILE MY CAR WAS IN FOR REPAIRS. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND GOT MY CAR BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WAS ABLE TO USE A COUPON FROM THEIR ON LINE SITE TO GET A BIT OF A DISCOUNT FOR THIS WORK. MY CAR WAS WASHED BEFORE I PICKED IT UP, AGAIN, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
