I could not get my water right this year, due to me taking it and having them analyze this. I did everything the sheet of paper told me to do. I would take my water back to be analyzed. and be given the same instructions and I followed them to a tee. I spent more money on chemicals that I feel I didn't need. I have had my pool for 15 years and this was my first year having a problem with my water.

The salt system installation was fine but they never gave us any instructions on how to maintain etc the system. It was just two young kids doing the work. The actual store is just around the corner so we use them when we need something quickly. The prices are crazy expensive. A blow up pool animal I found at the dollar store was $12 at Leslies.

I have them prior to this service, and they will be coming out to open the pool on Saturday. They solved all the problems for me.
