I had a wonderful experience with LB Roofing when they replaced the roof on my personal residence. They were very responsive, did excellent work at a fair price, and I'm very happy with the results. Also, as a full time Realtor in Metro Atlanta, I constantly have clients in need of roof repair or replacement. I have been working with LB Roofing for years and they have consistently done excellent work for my clients.

If you need an expert to help with your insurance claim, Lee at LB Roofing is your guy. I worked for weeks with my insurance to obtain approval with no luck. LB Roofing stepped in and (through determination and persistence) was able to get my claim approved and my roof is absolutely beautiful!

I contacted the company and within 24 hours, Tom, the project manager, came out to do an estimate/etc. The job started soon after. The crew was exceptional and did a great job. They left the house clean. The price was spot on and Tom was a very honest man. He did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. I liked how they had a project manager on site for the 3 days of work, from 6a-6p, to make sure everything was going okay. They give you a warranty and you can call anytime to ask anything.

Wonderful! We bought our house new and the builder wanted an additional $22,000 to finish the basement so we waited. A couple of years later we were ready to get the job done. LB Roofing and Construction was one of the companies we had come out for a bid. Price was right on point for what we wanted to pay and the work was done in a professional manner. Anything we need in the fututre requires no research. LB is our go to from now on!

LB Roofing was extremely pleasant to work with. The representative we were in contact with (Daniel R.) kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. He took charge in contacting the insurance company to speak with our adjuster and claims analyst and coordinated the meeting time. He explained everything in detail, from walking us through what needed to be done with insurance, payments and the individual "fixes" that needed to be made. He was available by cell phone every day of the week in case of questions. Overall, the customer service was outstanding and the work product was great. We now have a great, new roof, no mold and a freshly painted ceiling. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs roof repairs/replacement and/or home repairs. A+ service.

Employees were on time and very cordial. there were no problems during any stage of the work. Once the jobs were complete they cleaned the area and left it as is was before they started.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH LB ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION. LEE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF WHEN IT COMES TO HANDLING INSURANCE CLAIMS. HE IDENTIFIED ADDITIONAL WORK THAT THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER OMITTED FROM THE ORIGINAL CLAIM. THIS ALLOWED US TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL MONEY TO RESTORE OUR HOME BACK TO THE WAY IT LOOKED PRIOR TO THE FLOOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LB ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION.

We purchased a home 2 and 1/2 years ago and were plagued with several annoying roof leaks that we had tried unsuccessfully to repair. We called LB Roofing and they sent out two men, Justin and Daniel. We were certain the whole roof would have to be replaced. After a thorough inspection they determined that with the proper materials, the leaks could be sealed efficiently. They were around the fireplace and vents.We were so pleased with the integrity they displayed by not trying to sell a roof that was not needed. After last night's downpour we were dry and secure. No more buckets and towels! Thanks guys!

Their work was excellent and they repaired additional fascia without an additional charge. I feel you could not get anyone else to do the quality of work that they performed. Very experienced lead foreman by the name of Daniel paid attention to every detail and took exceptional pride in getting the job done correctly.

I recentlty got several quotes to replace the roof on my home. I am happy that I made the decision to go with LB Roofing & Construction as they did an excellent job! Both the crew and the project manager Ray provided excellent customer service from the initial contact, to performing the job and cleaning up. This project was completed on time and on budget, with the final product exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

Our contact, Ray Tanner, was outstanding. He was very responsive and flexible when we needed to delay the job, and followed through promptly when we gave him the go-ahead. 

The crew did professional work on all aspects of the job and did a good job cleaning up afterward.

The results are attractive and greatly improve the look of our house. We look forward to enjoying the roof for years to come. I would highly recommend LB Roofing to anyone, and I would definitely consider using them for other projects in the future.

I am willing to update my earlier statement and evaluation.  After posting, LB contacted me.  They apologized for the breakdown in communication stating some confusion arose during some office staffing changes.  Tom came right out and assessed the problem. The owner called me and offered his apologies and asked me to contact him personally if I had any continued concerns.  I appreciated the very personal attention to my needs and concerns.  They offered to take care of any interior and exterior problems that arose.  Tom has checked in with me several times.  The fix was done quickly and efficiently.  I feel renewed confidence that we can go forward positively with a good working relationship.  I have amended my rating to a B, actually a B+.  I am  considering working with LB again on other projects.

I called Lee based on the reviews here. He came out the very next day, a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work. I was very impressed. He charged $250, his minimum.

To say the experience has been perfect would be a lie but I've never been part of a remodeling project that is.  Knowing and accepting that fact LB Roofing (Tom and Henni specifically) have been truly stellar!
They have been extremely patient to work with as we have made quite a few changes along the way always providing expert advice even when it is not what we wanted to hear.
On top of being responsive, professional, patient and overall fun to work with LB Roofing has ensured that everyone that has come to our home (their workers) are professional and attentive. 
There were times when workers did not show up on time or left some trash behind and if Tom was not the first to notice and inform me all it took was one call from me and the next day the ship was sailing in the right direction.
There were a few times that my job took me out of town at critical points in the project and Tom was always willing to take pics, videos, conf. calls to ensure I was not left out of the loop.
This was extremely helpful as it could have stalled the project.  I've met quite a few contractors that are great at what they do but have yet to embrace technology and this is not the case with Tom and LB Roofing.
I would highly recommend LB Roofing to any stranger and have already recommended them to quite a few neighbors and friends.  They are actually going to start work for a neighbor sometime soon.
In regards to pricing LB Roofing is not the cheapest group you'll find but they are not the most expensive.  A neighbor I recommended LB Roofing to ended up going with a cheaper contractor and halfway through the project the contractor left town...
Tom was also very helpful and understanding when it came to payments allowing us to space out some of the payments in order to kick things off.
Not to sound like a broken record but I would highly recommend LB Roofing and G-d willing when we extend our house in the back 5-7 years from now we will not even think twice to use someone else.
