I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MR. CARTER'S WORK. THE BASEMENT LOOKS FANTASTIC. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE BREADTH OF HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HIS WORKMANSHIP. HE FINISHED HIS JOB WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT HE GAVE ME. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS EXTREMELY GOOD, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
