The floor looks great. It seems brand new. We decided on a darker color (Jacobine). Everything was done on time, as scheduled. We were not 100% satisfied with two coats of polyurethane, not smooth enough. So we call them and coordinate for a third coat. They applied the third coat and now it is great. Very professional and cordial. They know what they do.

Lalo and his workets were on-time, and worked from the time they came to my house until late in the evening. They kept the worksite extremely clean and picked up every nail and staple that had fallen from the carpeting that they pulled up, which was extremely important to me because I have two dogs running around. As they worked they vacuumed the saw dust so that it would not build up. And they swept and vacuumed my garage where they were working everyday. Lalo is extremely patient and pays a lot of attention to detail. I have had plenty of contractors come to my home that I have to watch everything they do, but with Lalo, I can leave the house or go to my office because I have complete confidence in his work and craftsmanship. I have recommended him to my neighbors and parents. And I would definitely us him again.
