KUDZU CONTRACTORS

He told me that he would take care of everything for a year and also that he guaranteed everything for a year. When we moved in I realized he had not put in all the bushes that we agreed upon. I paid him more than the developers allowance was. I called him multiple times and he would say that he hasn't forgotten me, it's just a small job. The contractor said he was doing it to everyone and he came out and put in the bushes. A month or two went by and it was clear that one of our tree's was dying. We paid extra for a one year guarantee on those tree's. He wouldn't answer his phone. I got a new number from him and he answered and said it would take a week etc. etc.. I will do it within a week. He kept saying that he was just waiting on something. I finally told him that this was his last warning and as of today I would file him on ANGIES LIST as well as the Business Bureau and take him to the small claims court.
