I was out of town for 5 days so I gave Karl the key and let him tear up the bathroom while I was out (I only have 1 bath so I needed to be gone for the work to be done). When I got back there was still a lot of work left to be finished but everything I needed to use my bathroom was in working order. It took a few more days to finish all the projects. The job took a little longer than I expected but Karl is a perfectionist so everything was done perfectly. He also suggested a few other projects that he could do and gave me a great price.
