This company picked up three rugs and were supposed to clean and repair them. They kept them 6 weeks and returned them dirty and unrepaired. One was in worse condition than before and one was folded up and bunched together with string and thrown in the back of a truck full of junk. When the manager was called, they lied and said the rugs had been cleaned. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Employee came without screwdriver to unscrew vents. Pulled vents down and ripped paint off around vents which could have been prevented with a simple razor blade. Left paint chips all over the entire house. Also rinsed cleaning clothes with dust and equipment in tub, and did not clean up after using tub. Used my indoor trash can to empty dust for vacuum. Employee never asked if it was okay to use my trash can or my tub. If he had I would have told him to use the dumpster and house outside. I live in a small ranch it would not have been inconvenient for him. I was very disappointed with the service.

The next day I woke up covered in dust and particles. He got dust particles everywhere and black marks all over my walls. I asked for my money back please & they offered to come back and fix the walls & clean the carpets, but I didn't want them to come back and perform another lousy job. They offered half of my money back. Now, I have to paint my whole townhome to cover up his mistakes. I also have to take two very large, very valuable paintings professionally restored and cleaned because of the dust particles. I just asked for my money back & they said no. They offered half back.

They were prompt and courteous. We had a few tough stains that needed attention and they were able to get them out. I will continue to use them whenever I need them. I would love to see more of their discounted deals as well!

It was great! Quick and easy. Also has a year long warranty where they come back and clean rooms for $4 a room plus trip charge of $28. Would definitely use them again.
