There is no problem with the guy came out to give the estimate. The problem was, in getting any word from Keller as to the land where you might expect to be on the list of when they would do the install even if they were two weeks then we could get anyone to give us a call back. That's not bad it was. I would not use them again in the future.

I was immensely dissatisfied with the carpet installation.  There were bald spots on the carpet where the yarn had been pulled completely out, and there was repeated staining in one room along one side of the carpet.  I pointed this out to the installer, and he proceeded to try to GLUE the yarn back into place.  I did not approve of that solution.  He told me that the staining is from the factory, so I told him he should not have installed stained carpet.  He said he could remove the staining but I felt we should be getting fresh, replacement carpet.  I didn't want my carpet to have to be treated with chemicals right off the bat.  I left the room to call various parties to find out what could be done, and when I returned I found the installer spraying chemicals on the carpet.  He proudly told me the staining had been removed.  I was furious, because I had explicitly stated, and reiterated, that he was not to try and remove the stains.
I placed a stop on my payment check because I was not about to pay full price for unsatisfactory service.  Then I waited for contact from the carpet installers.  I had made my objections abundantly clear, called their office to complain, etc, so the ball was in their court.  I never heard anything back, so I assumed they had accepted responsibility for an inferior install and were leaving it.
A year later, I am now trying to sell the townhome and I discover a lien against the property.  There was no attempt at communication before the lien was placed.  Potential clients should be aware of substandard customer service and no committment to ensuring customer satisfaction from this company.  This was my second carpet install from this company.  The first went off without a hitch, because their subcontractors did a good job.  The true test came when I was unsatisfied by the subcontractors and requested satisfaction, and was ignored.

Keller Interiors was fine. They were fantastic. They were very accommodating and they did excellent work. They showed up when they were supposed to and did everything a little bit more than they were supposed to do. They made sure everything was done right. The workers were very professional, very courteous and very clean. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up.

The installers from Keller did a fantastic job, especially with our fireplace which was not easy to work around. They did their work on time and on spec. Would definitely hire them again!

Don who helped me over the phone on several occasions was very helpful and explained the process in great detail. He worked with me to have the old carpet removed 30 days before we had the new carpet installed, The 2 guys who came to remove the old carpet were very nice and did a great job cleaning up the mess that is created with carpet removal. They swept up all of the dirt and carried away all of the old carpet. 
Our disatisfaction was with the the 2 guys who installed the new carpet. They did a nice job with the work of the installation  but they banged marks on the base board on every step going up the stair case. I came to the house the first day they were installing the carpet and I felt bad for them because it was so hot. I told then they could turn on the AC so they could be comfortable but I asked then to turn it off when they were done at night. I was out of town for a meeting and when I came back 4 days later they had left the AC on and had set it at 60 degrees :0  I felt as if they took advantage of my kindness and caused us an undue expense by leaving it on the entire time.

Gary and his crew came on time and knocked the job right out. Fast & effective. They cleaned up themselves, just like it's supposed to be. You could tell they are proud of what they're doing. And they treat your home as if it would be their own. I didn't even had to point out  errors in their work. They checked their own work and fixed their own errors. Just a great experience.

It couldn't have gone smoother. They were very professional and really cared that the floor was installed correctly...We will be installing some carpet soon and it will be Keller Interiors that we will call.

Keller contacted me as promised, the workmen arrived on time, and were professional, polite, and highly skilled. I am satisfied with the work they performed.

We have been completely remodeling our 2nd floor for 6 months and finally were at the point of replacing the carpet. The general contractor recommended a carpet vendor that was giving me the "heebee-jeebies". Since the GC was horrible, I went on the hunt for a different carpet vendor. We were leaving in a week and I needed the carpet quickly. Since I used Keller Interiors 7 years ago to install some stair runners, I gave them a call. They quickly gave me the information I needed to have the area measured and Ray came out the next day (Friday). From the Keller measurements, I determined that the installation and carpet price was less than 1% higher than the alleged "deal" the general contractor's vendor gave me, therefore, I decided to go with Keller & Carpets of Dalton. Keller sent the measurements directly to Carpets of Dalton and I ordered the carpet late Monday morning, hoping that the carpet would be ready the next day. Keller normally picks up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but, the carpet wasn't ready. Consequently, Keller made a special trip to pick up the carpet on a Wednesday, to be installed Thursday. At 9:00 AM Thursday, Damien & Anthony (installers) called to say they were on their way and arrived at around 9:45. The first thing Damien did was measure again. After doing this, he went through each room with us and asked how we would be using it, then, he asked if we would like the carpet be turned a different direction to place the requisite seams differently. He showed us where every seam would be under two different configurations, and, we went with his suggestion based on what rooms would have the heaviest use. Then, he and Anthony worked until 8:00PM to install the carpet. They vacuumed, picked up after themselves and even cut up some of the remnant carpet for me to use as coasters under the furniture. We inspected the carpet and it was a beautiful installation. I really expected some paint scratches to the newly painted baseboards because installing new carpet normally requires some trim touch-up. I was shocked as I went from room to room closely examining the baseboards for any damage. There was absolutely NONE. Since the area was vacant, there wasn't any furniture to move around, but, if I ever required that, I'd trust them to do it. From my two experiences with Keller, you can't get a more professional job.

They did an okay job. I wasn t thrilled with the work they did because I expected it to look nicer afterwards. The price I paid I thought was a little high considering the quality of the work they did. I believe I might have paid just a little too much.

The store from where I purchased the new vinyl from recommended them. Even though their prices are a little more expensive than other estimates I got, they did a good job.

The price indicated was of course for the carpet, pad and installation. Keller Interiors was the installer assigned to me by Lowes on Dallas Hwy. in Marietta. The carpet installation exceeded my highest expectations. I was quoted 2 days to complete and they worked so diligently that they were able to complete it in one day. Moving the furniture alone was tedious but they left not one mark on any wall or piece of furniture. The installers were mannerly, hard working and well versed in their craft. The office staff was wonderful as well. Just after ordering my carpet I had a plumbing leak which required that all plumbing be replaced in my home. Keller kept my carpet and would check with me periodically to see how the plumbing situation was coming. As soon as I was able to have the carpet installed they scheduled my immediately. When it comes to carpet installation/repair I would never use anyone else!
