Josiah and his team were recommended to me by my friend and neighbor who had recently completed a renovation. Josiah was very honest throughout the entire process. Quoting the project was simple and we were able to confirm all the details before the project started. During the renovation we were at ease because Josiah and his staff were present everyday work was completed on the house. We completed our project on time and the quality has been top notch. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Very well. Great job of matching the tile and grout. The water damaged ceiling was replaced and matched perfectly. The new culvert was placed with custom end caps to prevent future washouts and the section of new concrete was properly reinforced to last decades.

Josiah’s work is excellent and he is a true professional. After seeing our home our neighbor engaged him to do a substantial kitchen and dining room renovation.

It went very well. Josiah is an up and coming home renovators. He is exceptionally talented as a contractor, a carpenter, and in all aspects of home building skills (structure, design & build, flooring, tile work) which, in many cases, he performs with his team. He was able to make and then implement innovative, creative and functional home improvements. He is great to work with, professional, conscientious, fair, courteous, and prompt.

Josiah's work is superb. He is a high quality craftsman and attentive to detail. He is not the cheapest but his quality is worth the higher premium.

It went great. You hear a lot of horror stories with contractors and projects of this size, but we couldn't have experienced a better experience with Josiah and his crew. They were on-time and punctual not just every day, but also with regards to the time expectations. Josiah and his crew are highly professional, and go above and beyond to make sure every detail of the project is done correctly, including correcting mistakes made by other contractors that had come before them. I would use Josiah on any future project based on my experiences.

I spoke with Josiah about getting an estimate to have a basement finished and a deck redone, a large project with a healthy upside for a contractor. He agreed to come to our house to provide an estimate. Then on the day he was supposed to come, he texted about 90 minutes beforehand saying he would not be able to arrive on time, and asked that we either meet later that day or a couple days later. No problem, I said, and we agreed to meet at a time of his choosing, several days later. Then on the day of the rescheduled estimate, TWO MINUTES before he was supposed to arrive, Josiah texted to say that he was "too busy", was not coming for the estimate, and would not be able to take on our project. Given that we had never specified when the work would start, I don't understand how he could conclude that he was not going to be available. Additionally, he had given no indication that he was facing any scheduling challenges during any of our previous communications. Both my wife and I had left work early to ensure we would be available to meet with him, and then he essentially no-showed. This was especially disappointing given that we had heard good things about him from our neighborhood message board. Josiah was helpful during our initial phone call, however, his followup was sloppy and thoroughly unprofessional. I cannot recommend him as a service provider under these circumstances. Don't waste your time.

I don't have a comparison for price. There were two workers to do the job They were friendly and polite. They did a great job. I would recommend to family or friends.

Completed the job in less then 2 days after ordering the custom pole. Nicely done, good painting and caulking and always left a clean worksite.

Everything was fixed and prepared.

Josiah was on time reaching my home which I greatly appreciated.  He listened carefully to the questions I had concerning my floors.  He is extremely well knowledgeable with my concerns.  He spent over an hour with me discussing all of my questions.
He has over 14 years in the business.  It's hard to find a contractor who is  honest and completes the task at hand.
Why?
1.  He showed me in detail what he considered the flaws were.
2.  Gave me additional professionals to contact
.3.  knowing my budget restraints at this moment gave me some  other suggestions.
4.  Honesty, knowledgeable  and integrity  would be his finest point as a professional.
5.  Josiah's  company focuses on pretty much all phases of construction.
6.  I'm very happy to know I can call him on any projects now.
7.  I would definitely recommend him.

We were very happy with the work Josiah and his crew did.  They were thorough and very professional.  The cost was very good for what they did. The renovation has been complete for 6 months now and have loved his work. He made good suggestions and helped us stay within our budget.  We didn't feel pressured to spend more than we could, but also felt like he listened to our needs and made the most of what he could.  We will definitely be considering him for our future remodeling projects.
