Joshua Tree Service did such an amazing job with our backyard! They were kind, courteous, and got the job done. They went above and beyond on making sure everything was to my standards from the trees being trimmed and one cut down to making sure there wasnâ t a big mess left behind. I highly recommend Joshua Tree Company for any of your tree needs!

HORRIBLE!! We asked for our trees to be trimmed to match the other trees in our neighborhood as ours had overgrown. Joshua came out and talked with my wife to understand what needed to be done, then didn't do that at all. They pruned way higher than what was asked for. They look like broccoli trees now. All our privacy is gone. When I confronted him days later he refused to accept that he misunderstood what was required and told me that me not liking it was just an opinion and that what he did was was right. As with any customer my opinion is the only one that matters. He later called and screamed at me calling me a M****** and tons of other profanities just because I requested a refund. Apparently in Joshua's world, he can just show up, wave a chainsaw around and have no accountability. If you're not satisfied it's your fault not Joshua's.

"Hi Bradley. In my initial consultation with your wife, not you, she stated that her vision was to trim your trees high similar to the trees two houses down from you. After our discussion, we came and completed the trimming just like the vision she created. Two days later, after the completion of the job, you sent me a text message stating that you werent happy because the trimming was too high. Once I received your message, I reached back out and apologized for the miscommunication that happened during the initial conversation. Unfortunately, you were not present while your wife and I discussed the goals, and, because of that, you werent able"

Thank you, thank you and thank you for a job well done. Had two very large trees thinned and trimmed. Also, some additional vegetation cut back and trimmed. Joshua Tree Service was professional, competent and skillful. I have the best looking trees on the street.

We had four very tall pines to take down right next to our home and right by our septic tank (i.e. it was a delicate job and very large trees!). I called Joshua and a few other companies and Joshua's was the best price by far. The crew came out early and in 1 and 1/2 days, everything was finished up - they performed fantastically, dropping the very large pieces as gently as possible and right where they needed to go, and with great clean up afterwards. I found my tree guy. Five stars all the way.

Joshua and his assistant did an excellent job of removing fallen tree limbs and a season s worth of leaves from my heavily wooded lot. He also cut down and hauled away a small tree at my driveway entrance.

Efficient and well equipped. Good cleanup of debris, too. The huge tree turned out to be very hollow with a nest of racoon babies inside. Very cute reaction from the crew. Mama came and took the babies during the night. So all turned out well. Thanks.

Price was fair compared to others, even though I didn't realize the cost to cut down a tree. Removed all debri, left area clean.

Josh was punctual, he gave me an estimated price with no pressure for a removal date. I got back in touch and we scheduled a date. They came on time cut trees and removed them. And cleaned up debris from my yard. I will definitely use them again.
