John was excellent.  At the advise of my  Realtor and friends we had an appraisal done to base line what to ask for our home.
John was attentive and thorough.   He was very patient answering the questions we had about how the appraisal is done and factors that contribute to the overall appraisal.

He sat down with us after his inspection and asked us several questions. He wanted to know what improvements we made and knew ALOT about the area. We felt this was key to an honest appraisal of our home. There are some appraisers that don't live anywhere near the home they are appraising and are clueless about the value of the community. John has been in the area doing business for so long he even knew who built our house 30 years ago. Top notch professional! He asked great questions and put us at complete ease about the market climate for sellers right now. Would highly recommend him to everyone.
