I had the pleasure of working with Jerome in my relocation to the Greater Atlanta area. Jerome's experience with Real Estate and his knowledge of the city is second to none. Where he was most impressive was in his ability to negotiate. Jerome not only got the price dropped over $50k but he was able to get the builder to include all blinds (over $3k in blinds), washer/dryer and a refrigerator. He was with me through the entire process and even gave us several meaningful gifts to us after close. Every time we met to talk or look at homes he would bake the kids brownies and even gave them gifts after close. It's those little touches that really takes Southern Hospitality to the next level. Jerome will also to any where. He is based out of Marietta but he sold me my new home in Cumming. I was impressed and if you go with him on your next sale or purchase you will also be impressed.

I contacted this real estate agent needing assistance with a rental home or lease purchase option home. Spoke to the receptionist, who said they would get back to us and never did. If you are purchasing a home you may have better luck than I had. We are not from this area and needed help with what areas are good to live in and we are still at square one because no one has contacted us after the initial call.

They were very professional. They're an excellent company. They're very timely. It was difficult because we were trying to get a contract on the home. They were extremely timely and efficient. It's my favorite thing. They're instrumental in being able to get a contract on the home.

"Good morning sir you where inform two times in 4 days that we didn't cover Tx we are i Ga why the world you contacted us I have no clue cause there is nothing in our marketing and contact information that states we cover TX. And you where informed of that twice the week we had the appts set. So its very unfair for us to be rated by one something we had no control over. He felt a little too pushy. My wife is an interior designer and she just didn't like the way he was pushing certain things. He wanted to change the way the inside looked to sell the home. He may be very good at selling homes and we even have had friends use him and love him, but he wasn't a good personality fit for us.

Jerome really worked for me. I had 5 houses listed with another agent. After 4 months on the market with no contracts, I fired the agent and hired Jerome. In the first 30 days I had 3 under contract. In the next 30 days the others were under contract and I had another pre-sale.

Last Friday, I closed on the purchase of my new home (new to me!). It's in exactly the area that I wanted to be in, within my budget and met all of my strict criteria. I had a family situation which prompted me to request the closing be moved up a week (earlier). Although the seller lived out of state, Jerome and team came together to make it happen. I'm extremely pleased with the results that Jerome produces.
