He came early, without a telephone call. Very annoying. Also, a high pressure salesman.
He brags a lot and yet, I could tell right off he did not know all that he was claiming. I have a piano degree and know pianos. He took the inside of my piano home and when it came back, there were multiple ringing notes. He said it was a simple adjustment, and yet when he left, several keys still had the problem. I am a professional pianist plus a composer, and I could not stand to play my wonderful Baldwin piano after Jake got through with it!
His attitude plus his poor service convinced me that he is probably ruining a lot of pianos! I'll never use him again, and I hope that people will go to some one more qualified!
