+ -1 moreThey were friendly enough. They told me they would give me a $300 discount if I signed up that day. If I did not sign up they would give me the discount. The pressure tactics were just, Ive learned if people say the price is only good for that day to walk away, the price will be better with someone else.

+ 14 moreWell, in every case that I have worked with this company. The owner himself comes out to consult with me to understand what type of service I need. In the case of the basement flood, he came that very day to evaluate the situation since it was an emergency. He was able to start removing flooring to limit any potential mold or mildew issues. After I selected my new carpet option, he scheduled the work within the week. This was not a large bedroom but I felt very grateful that he could respond so quickly. Within the week, I had a new dry room with nice carpet. Every job I've had with them was handled in the same manner. Although, my jobs have been fairly small for them, I have seen other work they've done that have been much larger projects. They do great basement / home remodels as well as commerical remodels. I stronlgy recommend them.
Description of Work: I have hired this company to do a number of things for me. I have had them totally strip, sand, repair, and stain my two story deck. That was performed a year ago and my deck is sturdier than ever and looks as good as it did when it was first worked on. I have also hired them to do some interior painting and ceiling fan installations. But most recently, I had a flood in my basement and it totally ruined the flooring. They came very quickly and was able to remove and replace my carpet. They even repaired the leak in the restroom which caused the flood. This company is a general contracting business that is very knowledgable about home repairs, remodels, etc. They are quick, responsive, and very professional. They are reasonably priced and provide high quality work.
