The inspectors arrived promptly and were very professional and knowledgeable. A team of two inspectors covered every area of the house and outbuilding, including getting on the roof, climbing through the attic and crawling underneath the deck. At the end of the inspection they provided us with a comprehensive binder containing all of their findings, and also a general manual on home maintenance. They discovered over $1000.00 worth of work to be done that we hadn't noticed during multiple visits to the house with our real estate agent. I would recommend these folks to anyone planning to either buy or sell a home.
Description of Work: We hired Inside Out to perform an inspection on a home that we had placed a contract to purchase.
