The carpet cleaner was on time, pleasant, and professional. He moved furniture while cleaning. Everything was put back in place. Nothing was chipped, scratched, or broken--and the carpets looked brand new!

Great customer service on the phone. They walked me through the different options. They were exactly prompt and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. They wore booties to make sure they didn't break anything. They got the carpets quite cleaned. They day we were to moved, it rained and there was mud tracks brought in from movers. We called them again and they came out to re cleaned the area and a fraction of the cost; around $200.00.

They did an awesome job. They have personalized service and both the person who came and gave me the estimate and the worker were very professional. A couple of days after they came, they called to follow up. I can't remember how much I paid for the service.

My carpets look great. I thought they were very professional. They showed up on time and they followed through nicely. They did a good job if you ask me. They are a little more expensive than others, but they use a different technology and I feel it is worth it.

It is a difficult fabric and they did a professional job for a reasonable price. They were on time and the sofa looks great. They were able to finish the work quickly and answered all of my questions for future care of the sofa. They are a great company that I would recommend to anyone.

I think Hughes prices were a little high but it was worth the whole experience. They arrived ten minutes early. They were very cordial and they worked hard. They did an absolutely beautiful job. The house smelled clean, we didn't have to wait for the carpet to dry and I was very pleased with the entire process.

They were able to get the really bad stains out of my carpets. The stains are starting to come back but my carpet isn't the best quality. I will be calling them to come and clean them again. I think that they do a really good job. They arrived on time and they finished promptly.

I enjoy the convenience of having a maintenance plan with Hughes. I occasionally have stains on the carpets and they always handle them with ease. They will clean large furniture if needed as well. They take care of moving furniture before they clean the carpets. It normally takes about two hours for the job and I pay each time they come out. When it comes time they either contact me or sometimes I call them first and they are quick to respond.

What I liked the most about them is that they clean the carpets with a dry system, and that is very helpful. I didn't like the fact that their clan up was not that good because when they left they left some powder on the floor.

Arrived on time, made no mess and the carpet is very nice. Some stains on the chair were oily and could not be cleaned, but they look better. I loved not having wet carpet.

The technician came early and I was pleased with that. He was very polite and conscientious. He explained the process. About six months prior, I had a roof leak where water came into a front bedroom closet. It had a musty smell to the carpet. He left some dry chemical on it overnight and told me to wait 24 hours and then vacuum. I found that to be very helpful. I have a dog who had made stains in several places. They came up with no problem. She seems to sleep in the same places all the time, like at my feet or at the side of my desk while I'm working. These places were dirtier than usual. A couple of areas had heavy footwear. They, too, came clean enough considering the age and quality of the carpet. The sofa looks great. My dog often used the skirt of the sofa as a dinner napkin. Now I have to train her to stay away! No wet. No wait to dry! I loved the process and would recommend it to anyone.

Hughes did a great job with everything. The carpets look great and it was a wonderful experience. I also thought that the pricing was fair. I do not have much to say about the company besides they did exactly what was expected of them and I have no complaints at all. I would gladly refer them to anyone at this time.

They did an excellent job! The carpet actually came up a few shades lighter. I had no idea how nasty it was. Kara Hughes definitely delivered on her promise. I cant wait to see what they can do to my home!

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They were very sensitive to the fact that I had cats and a baby in the home. They explained everything before doing it and finished in a timely manner. They did scratch the wall in one place, but came and told me about it and gave me a free spot clean kit to make amends.

They arrived and I showed them the areas to be cleaned. They moved any furniture that was in the way. They started out with a heavy duty vacuuming of the carpets and then applied this dry, sponge like mixture to the carpets that looks like saw dust. They worked it into the carpet to pick up the dirt and odor and vacuumed again to pick it up. The furniture was put back in it's place before they left.

Was impressed from the first by Sheila who answered my questions and made the appointment for the carpet cleaning prior to our closing on the house. Technicians, Marlin and Adrian were not only on time but ten minutes early which was a very pleasant surprise. They were courteous, professional, answered my questions, went right to work and finished in less time than anticipated. The carpets look and smell terrific, so good that we almost decided not to sell the house. The amount for the service was exactly what they said it would be, no hidden costs or surprises. I have told everybody who will listen how very pleased we were with their service.

WORK WAS DONE, BUT INCORRECTLY FIRST. CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM LATER ON. PRETTY QUICKLY. IT WAS A LOT OF TROUBLE. NOT REAL GOOD WHEN DEALING WITH GARDENS. WONT USE THEM AGAIN.

THE WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND ESTIMATED, BUT THE CLEANING DIDN'T DO MUCH FOR THE CARPET. THE EMPLOYEE SAID THE DIRT WAS SOIL FILTRATION AND NOT MUCH COULD BE DONE ABOUT IT. I ACCEPTED THIS, BUT LATER BOUGHT A $20 DO-IT-YOURSELF KIT, WHICH REMOVED A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF DISCOLORATION. I KIND OF EXPECTED MORE FOR $200 (FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR'S WORK). I CAN'T SAY IT WAS A ''BAD'' EXPERIENCE, AND THE OWNER AND HIS EMPLOYEE WERE EASY ENOUGH TO WORK WITH. IT WAS JUST DISAPPOINTING THAT THE CLEANING PART OF THE WORK DIDN'T TURN OUT AS I EXPECTED.
