House Elves Cleaning Services LLC is a locally owned family run business based in the North Marietta area. We currently have 6 full time cleaners, that have been personally trained by us to do the job the right way every time. We believe in cleaning a house the way it should be cleaned, top to bottom every time! Unlike so many of our competitors that try to gouge you with an expensive "Deep Clean" every six months, if we believe your house needs an initial deep clean (when we visit to give you your Free No Obligation Quote), we will discuss it then, and tell you EXACTLY what it will cost. We've found that many, if not most houses that have been taken care of, don't require an initial deep clean. But if yours does, after the initial clean, it should never need it again, for as long as your House Elves are taking care of it for you. Also, when we first visit with you, we will tell you right then and there what your ongoing cost for Regular Maintenance cleans will be. And we will stand by our quote! Unless you ask for additional services in the future (like Cleaning out the inside of a Refrigerator, or Oven), there will NEVER be any surprise charges in your bill. In other words, if "WE" underbid our quote, "WE" will eat it, and honor our agreements with you to the letter! We provide everything we need to make your home "Sparkle". All you need to do is provide access and let us do the work for you. We already service most of the North Metro Atlanta area, and that coverage is growing all the time. Very professional staff. They cleaned everything we reviewed and more. I would certainly use them again. They are on the high end pricing wise but worth the money.

The bi weekly cleanings were inconsistent. Some weeks excellent, other weeks only fair. 2-3 cleaners coming in weekly and their were to many different people in over the several months we used the service. The staff was irresponsible with our small dog , leaving him out in the cold for 90 minutes and on same day was playing around with our Alexa device. This was the last service and we no longer use. The owner is very friendly but unfortunately she was only here to clean our house a few times.

Lesley's initial consultation was thorough and she worked with my schedule. She was very flexible. She is very kind and professional. Sunny, Victoria and Dylan did an amazing job on the deep clean. it gave me great confidence to keep the every two weeks maintenance cleanings. I have not been disappointed. Their service and care have given me time back in my week to spend with my daughter!!

Yesterday was their first cleaning and it was a big disappointment. In my experience service doesn't generally improve over time so I immediately parted ways with this company: I have had regular cleaning at this house for many, many years and this was the worst job anyone has ever done. Lesley, the owner, did offer to come out next week to make it right, but I knew I would not continue using this company so I declined her offer. Some of the issues included: food debris in the kitchen sink, food debris in microwave, two trash cans not emptied, tall bathroom mirror not cleaned, some furniture not dusted, and things that I know were cleaned just were not cleaned well. Overall very poor job.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. They were good. It has actually been split over two and we may have a little bit of time left on it. I didn't have to pay more than the Big Deal price. They were very efficient. They were very punctual and they were thorough, which is important when it comes to housecleaning and cleaning bathrooms. The workers were good. This was my first time using them.

Not only are they fantastic but if I needed to skip a week because I travel a lot, she is fine with that or if I need to change it from Monday to Friday, she will make it work for me. They are very flexible.

The only thing that we had an issue with was that we didn't feel that the house was being actually cleaned. They were pointing things but not cleaning them. We had worked with them twice to ask them to do further cleaning to make it more sanitary but they didn't seem to be able to do that so we parted ways. I think they tried really hard.

I was very unsatisfied with the cleaning service that was done at my new home. It was an average cleaning at best. Only the basics were cleaned and we paid for a move in special. You would expect your house to be deep cleaned for $210 dollars and purchasing a move in special. The ladies arrived at 1:30PM to start working and I am not sure when they left because when I got off work and headed to the house at 3:30 they were gone. We paid for 3 and a half hours of cleaning and so many things weren't done when they left early. I expected the house to smell like cleaner or something, but it did not. We held off on moving into our house because we waited on availability for the Cleaning Elves to come clean our house when I feel that I could have done a better job myself. I was very shocked that they didn't do a great job because I picked the House Cleaning Elves because of their great reviews on Angie's List, which I feel is not accurate. They vacuumed wherever there was carpet in the house and did a good job at that. They cleaned two out of the three bathrooms in our house and the job was very average. I'm not sure if they mopped where we have hardwood floors in the kitchen because it didn't any different. The master bathroom was not touched at all and if it was they barely cleaned it. The kitchen looked okay. I know they didn't clean the master shower because I sent pictures to the owner or manger of the company, Leslie, who was very nice and apologetic. There was hairs in the master shower that was not removed from the previous owner and stain/mold on the shower that came off easily when I cleaned it myself at a later time. Maybe I am wrong to assume, but most move in specials include cleaning baseboards and windows, both of which were not done. Leslie was great when my husband called her and she said it was not acceptable and she would send the ladies back out to finish the job. When the ladies came back to the house my husband said they were there for 15 minutes and were very rude to him and mad that we complained about the job they did. Leslie said if we weren't satisfied we could call her back and she would come out and personally clean the house, but we just wanted to move into our new house and we chose to clean it ourselves. So much dirt came off the counters when I was cleaning. I am usually not one to complain, but when you are moving into a new house $210 is a lot of money that I could have spent it differently. I hate to complain, but I just feel that the reviews for this company were misleading and I wish I had read a review like mine before I wasted $210.

"I completely understand your frustration when you feel a service wasn't provided as you would expect. When I spoke with [Member Name Removed] after the clean regarding the Master Bathroom - I did ask if there were any areas other than the master shower (which I was absolutely not happy with) and the inside of the sink that were not happy with and I wasn't told of anything else. It appears we have had a miscommunication along the way here. I stand by my work 100% and I absolutely hate it when one of my clients is not happy with the service that my company provides. As you know I tailor the move ins to your requirements and the ladies work to that list. Not everyone wants the same thing and that is why we discuss this prior to the visit. I am appalled if the ladies we rude to [Member Name Removed] on their return again I didn't hear of this from [Member Name Removed] after I called him following the revisit, nor was I informed about your other disappointments with our service, and while I do not and will never condone rudeness or sloppy work if I am not informed I cannot address the problems in a professional manner. From what I understood, they re-cleaned and spoke to your husband about it, again it appears I was not given the full story, until I read this review. As a business owner I always need to know about problems so that I can address them in a timely fashion and keep my guarantee for 100% satisfaction. When we last spoke I did say that I would come out personally so on that note if I can make this up to you please call or text me I am more than willing to come to your home personally and clean for you for 2 hours as an apology for this service. They came out quickly to assess the property and the cleaning needs. The had several recommendations on how to maintain the current surfaces and such, as well as which products sold by the box stores that would damage the surfaces over time. They were very professional and took into consideration my family needs with two kids and a dog, and suggested alternatives that were not heavy in chemicals. I agreed with their assessment but was skeptical because bleach was my best friend at our old house. House Elves came out and did their first cleaning this month and we were very impressed. The staff took great care of our house and wowed us with the little touches. My wife and daughter ran through the house to find the little things that were improved, cleaned or arranged. The folded towels and florets truly impressed them. And there was not this heavy chemical smell in the rooms, it just smelled clean instead of dusty. I recommend House Elves for a thorough and professional clean, without heavy chemicals and so on.

The 2 ladies who came prepared to clean were Victoria and Amanda, and they were terrific, hard workers! They cleaned my Clients' new Master Bathroom, wiped down shelving in a new Master Closet, and cleaned off shutters, wiped down new hardwood floors, tile, granite, windows, and walls, and thoroughly cleaned the Master Bedroom for the Clients, as well. They completed every item on my "Post Re-Modeling" Checklist. I couldn't ask for a better Crew with whom to work! This is an excellent, very-well run company, with an attentive owner/manager, who works well with her staff. I was most impressed, and pleased, and will be using this service often during the year for my Client Projects.
