HOMEOWNERS FIRST CHOICE PAINTING

They were very responsive while giving the estimate and securing the job. Then the first day they were supposed to start didn't show up until 1:30. Each day they said they would start at 8:00 and not show up until several hours after. I feel like they rushed to finish the job and actually missed a number of areas which I had to go back and paint myself. Overall the quality is pretty good, but I feel they need more attention to the details, like making sure all the nail holes are filled before they start to paint. Also as someone else also stated here I was solicited at the end of the job by the foreman to hire him directly next time for less, very unprofessional and unethical.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A RELATIVE WHOSE HOUSE THEY PAINTED WHILE SHE WAS ON VACATION. ESTIMATOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. GREAT FOLLOW-UP. SCHEDULER CALLED ME REPEATEDLY ON WEEKEND TO GET PROJECT SCHEDULED. HOWEVER, THE DAY CREW NEVER SHOWED. CREW WENT BACK TO WORK ON ANOTHER HOUSE AND DIDN'T TELL MAIN OFFICE. ONCE THEY FINALLY DID COME TO THE JOB, THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I LEFT THEM ALONE ALL DAY AT MY HOME. HOWEVER, WHEN JOB WAS DONE, THE FOREMEN TOLD ME TO CALL HIM DIRECT FOR FUTURE JOBS FOR LESS COST, CUTTING OUT HOMEOWNERS, WHICH I DIDN'T FIND VERY ETHICAL. BUT THE PAINT JOB WAS VERY GOOD. 3-MAN CREW WITH LITTLE ENGLISH EXCEPT FOREMAN. PRICE INCLUDED PAINT. I WOULD USE THE COMPANY AGAIN BECAUSE THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL. NOT SURE IF I WOULD USE THE SAME CREW DESPITE THEIR GOOD WORK.
