Hodges Residential Services is a family owned and operated company that has been completing quality projects for homeowners since 2001. We have the knowledge, experience and equipment to handle a wide variety of interior and exterior projects around your home. We will provide a detailed comprehensive bid for your review and comparison. Our bid will make it easy to understand the scope of work we are bidding on which will make it easier for you to make a comparison between us and other contractors. Prior to Angie we were listed on Kudzu and received their "Best of Kudzu" FIVE STAR RATING for 6 years in a row. We received over 240 reviews during our time on Kudzu. Wonderful experience using Hodges Residential Services! What I enjoyed most about working with Don was his attention to detail and extreme thoroughness. He's not completely satisfied until you are. His prices are very fair and I would absolutely recommend his company to anyone looking for residential repairs. I already have a few other projects in mind that I'm hoping he can help me out on!

Don is amazing. He was punctual, professional, thorough and detailed. He went above and beyond and ran to the store to get some supplies I didn't have (but thought I did). He pointed out all the issues and resolved them. He left the area cleaner than what it was when he got there! Simply amazing. I'll be hiring him again for any future issues!

HRSi has completed several projects for me, one of which was a complex job in my garage. I had two soffit openings, which were the result of the garage door replacement by the previous home owner. Don framed and placed drywall on the openings so well, that you'd never know they were there. He provided a very detailed quote for each project, and kept me informed every step of the way. Don treated my home with great care, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. I've had a difficult time finding a reliable handyman, but Don's skill, professionalism, reliability, fair pricing and honesty has made me a regular client. I will be using Hodges Residential for future project, and I highly them for yours.

I have had several projects completed by Hodges Residential from a small ceiling repair to remodeling a bathroom. The most recent project being a sliding door removal and installation of french doors. The work is top notch, and the team is always extremely professional and courteous. It went very well, We had talked about what needed to be done before the job started, that done. We talked the job through, and it went as said. The price was as said no surprizes, work was done very very good. I would ask Don to come back for work. Don is very good at what he can do & how it will be done, you want to help or watch, there is an extra charge which is fair, you would be slowing the job down.

We had flooding and required a flood cut on the sheetrock which stripped out two feet of sheetrock that needed to be replaced. He was responsive and did a high quality job with putting in the insulation, replacing and smoothing out the sheetrock, and painting. There were even a few non-standard things that he had to overcome around the re-build that he took and dealt with perfectly. Very communicative, flexible, and professional. I also enjoyed that he was the one doing the work and could speak to what was going on and he isn’t a GC that outsources everything.

HRSi did a fantastic job for me recently right after Christmas- this was a complicated finished basement ceiling repair (replacing a ton of drywall from a leak) and also finishing out a drywall/replacing a door to our hot water heater/furnace area- where the wall had to be cut out to actually get to a faulty water heater. Don't be fooled- putting in this new bi-fold door had stumped quite a few contractors, as it was a TIGHT fit. They did a FANTASTIC job- it looks better than I could have imagined. And I felt comfortable enough that I could leave and let them keep working while I ran a couple of errands. I highly recommend!
