Overall the experience was very good.
Hildred is professional and punctual. I had to coordinate this inspection while living out of state, prior to relocating to the area.
Working with Hildred made the process easy and his neat and professional report gave me confidence to move forward with our home purchase.
He also quoted us a termite preventve treatment program, but recommended we first check and see if the home is already under a transferrable bond, which would save us some money. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity and will use and recommend him in the future.
