Mission Statement: Our mission at Higher Ground Land Surveying, LLC is to provide quality professional land surveying services to the North Georgia region; to be a reliable partner to our clients; to hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. About Us: Higher Ground Land Surveying, LLC is owned and operated by Brad Cash, LS, a registered land surveyor in the state of Georgia since 2000 (Georgia registration number LS 2840). Brad obtained his education in surveying at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia. Brad's 17 years of professional experience was gained with a well known surveying and engineering design firm in Roswell, Georgia where he was instrumental in the completion of projects for many of Georgia’s most prestigious residential, commercial and industrial development companies. These companies relied on Brad to provide them with professional services and quality survey documents. Higher Ground Land Surveying, LLC was conceived in order to provide a higher level of service and satisfaction for his clients. Brad takes pride in his ability to listen to and understand the needs of his clients. Furthermore, he takes the time to make sure his clients understand the service he provides. A keen understanding of the legal aspects of land surveying and development regulations has proved to be a valuable asset to Brad’s many satisfied clients.
