Owner very nice and friendly. Showed up same day and on time.
Owner tried to tell me that my upstairs unit was unrepairable. I called my insurance adjuster to come out because they said it was a water leak in the roof that caused it and that my insurance would cover the unit cost as well. They even offered to go ahead and put in the new unit and "hold" the old unit at their warehouse so the adjuster could come there to examine since it was in the heat of July.
The company that the adjuster sent out found no leak or sign of leakage, and that little bit caused my home owners insurance to jump up $500 this year with my policy renewal.
I had another person come out and look at it (Rusty Bardin) , and he was able to fix it with a $2.00 part and an $85 trip charge. 
I say buyer beware on these people. 

I purchased over $8,600 worth of products and services from this company. They were very difficult to work with last July when the work was done. I had to have them out within 6 months for one problem - under warranty - and it took multiple phone calls to get them to come out as they wouldn't return my calls. Now the unit isn't cooling, and they accused me of having someone out who damaged the unit, telling me today that they would charge me a service fee and not honor the warranty. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and hope that I will help others out with these steps.
