Fantastic! Houston is a true professional with great customer service. I'd definitely call him again for other plumbing issue. First of all, he was prompt -- he fixed the gas line the same day we called him. In addition to his technical prowess, I really appreciated that he thoroughly listened to me on the phone when calling to get more info about his services. Rather than giving a non-committal "it depends" about the price of the work, he asked questions about the situation to give an accurate estimate before coming out (some other companies we called wanted to charge $30 to even look at the line!).

It was brought to my attention by our condo association that the high pressure water valve in our unit could be faulty (20 years old) and needed to be checked. Well, sure enough, the gauge read over 110psi and should have read around 50psi. Houston was a referral from another homeowner and happened to be in the area when I called. I?m not a plumber however, he understood exactly what I explained and said he would stop by to investigate to make sure the gauge wasn't the problem; after all there is no telling how long the gauge had been reading over 110psi. Houston arrived within five minutes of the appointment and very quickly confirmed the faulty valve through the use of another pressure gauge. Interesting to note, he made it a point to show me the actual pressure which I found to be very honest and forthright. Considering the potential severity of the faulty valve, Houston set an appointment for the following morning to replace the valve. Everything went as expected with the repair/replacement with less than an hour of water disruption.
