Hang Masters

Their worker came out and assessed what we needed. We had all the wire racks and towel bars at the house. He anticipated about 3 hours of work and said it would cost $850 to install only the towel bars and wire racks. When I said I wouldn't pay that much and asked what the closet wire racks alone would cost he said $650! I hired hang man installation for a $40 trip fee and $95 an hour instead. It took them an hour and a half. Chris from Hangman installation did an incredible job! If you have all kinds of money to throw away then certainly hire hang masters. Their worker was very professional. We were not willing to pay almost one thousand dollars for temporary wire racks that would hang in the closet for three months before we have our closet installed.

They did quite well. I am pleased with their work and satisfied.

Good work, extremely overpriced

It went really well. I was missing some parts for one set of curtain rods, so I asked to have a mirror hung instead. They were willing to do this for the same price without issue.

It went well! The team was professional, on time and flexible to changes as the project changed.

Provider arrived on time. I walked him through the house to show him what needed to be done. A helper arrived and they worked quickly. I thought they were kind of expensive. However, I have no holes or marks on my walls. I've already called them back for a second round of hanging.

They arrived within the approximate time frame, reviewed scope of work, gave me an estimate on site and I agreed to let them do the work. It took three men to do the job. Once the first two were done, the last person, attached all the pieces to the chandelier. I was very pleased with how they conducted themselves, knew what they were doing, and worked together as a team.

The only thing I will comment on is that sometimes they may call and delay your appointment, but I was flexible and realize sometimes it can't be helped. Overall I was pleased with the end result.

He arrived on time and then proceeded about measuring, etc. Quick, professional, etc.

Terrific! The Hang Masters team was quick, efficient, and quiet, which was helpful given the office was full and people were working at the time. We will definitely use them again.

The services went off great. The only thing I can complain about is that it took a little longer than what it should have been. The gentleman was working by himself and some of the items that he hung was hard to manage as a one person.

This is the second time I have used Hang Masters. Way and Mark arrived promptly. They were very professional, neat and did a fantastic job! Way is very good at visualizing the perfect placement for the artwork!

They hung a lot of pictures. Many were simple, but we also had three over fireplaces and some groupings that took good skills to hang. Everything was done very well. The pricing is a bit unclear and the final bill was higher than expected but it was a job well done.

Tim did an amazing job with my art work as well as the vinyl lettering.

They did a very nice job and took good care of my belongings. They hung the mirror securely.

They were able to come out the day after I called. They were prompt, called when they arrived and called again when they were done.

They were expert at measuring where to hang mirrors and art. They were professional, left the job very neat and orderly.

these guys did a great job hanging large paintings in my dining room locking it down so my niece and nephew won't accidently knock it down when visiting us. we also have a large heavy picture frame that was hung in the living room. highly recommend these guys

Had a cancellation so was able to come early - called first to make sure that was OK. Actually, from the phone call to the ring at the door was 1-1/2 minutes; he was parked in front of the house. Listened to what I needed as I explained I cannot even cut a straight line with a pair of scissors much less hang a straight picture. We agreed on exactly what he was going to do and he went to his truck to determine a price quote and obtain his tools. I figured maybe around $175 so the $230 quote seemed a little high for an hour's worth of work. Since he was here and really offers a unique service, I went ahead and agreed. Came up with a good solution and handled in a professional and efficient manner. I watched him like a hawk to learn techniques so next time I could do a better job than just driving a nail into the wall (over and over until I got it right). I would recommend them but would caution that they are getting more than just a and quot;handy Andyand quot;. According to their website, they service restaurants, banks, etc. and handle more difficult challenges than mine.

We are extremely satisfied with them, and the fact that they drove 5 hours from Atlanta to work for us is an added bonus.

The guys arrived on time, were professional and courteous. It took about 2 hours from start to finish. Everything looks fabulous. Initially, I called them to install the quilt over the fireplace, but added the drapery hardware and other items since they were already scheduled to come out. As others have stated, they are a little pricey, but worth every penny if there's no way for you to hang the item yourself, or if you don't have the time. There was no way I could have hung the quilt myself, but they sure made quick work of hanging the drapery rods - something that would have taken me much longer to do. Hanging decor is an art form and these guys definitely know what they're doing. Will definitely use them again.

The service was great but they were very expensive. I thought they were overpriced. They came when they were supposed to come. They gave me a quote and they did the job there and then for me.I made an appointment with them and they didn't show up and didn't even call me so I had to call them again.
