Very Professional. I didn't feel that they wanted to make money off of me, but rather do the right thing by me. We haven't finished all of the work, but I'm very pleased to date.

They have good follow up. They had to install a lot of new things. They did a good job, they were timely, they got the job quickly. They returned phone calls effectively. They just did a good job.

They were on time; They charge a reasonable price; They have great communication. There was one instance where they forgot to order a part but they were upfront about it and apologized profusely. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future. One of the most important things about this experience is that they properly installed the liner and I appreciate their professionalism.

I FOUND THE OWNER, RICHARD MITTLEMAN, TO BE QUITE HONEST IN TELLING ME WHAT CHEMICALS I NEED AND WHAT REPAIRS I'VE NEEDED. I TRUST HIS JUDGMENT AND FEEL HE DOESN'T TRY TO TAKE MY MONEY. THEY'RE A LITTLE SLOW IN THEIR SERVICE CALLS, BUT THEY DO COME OUT AND REPAIR THINGS WELL.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL. WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT POOLS AND THEY HAVE HELPED SO MUCH. THEY TELL US EVERYTHING. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL.
