THEY WERE VERY POLITE WHEN I CALLED ASKING ME EXACTLY WHAT TIME I WANTED THE DELIVERY, AND THEN SHOWED UP AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. THEY TOLD ME IN ADVANCE THAT THEY WOULD DROP THE WOOD AND NOT STACK IT SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. PRICE INCLUDED DELIVERY AND TAX.
