This company is dishonest, incompetent and unprofessional. We have been paying for their services for 5 years on a new house only to discover two months ago that we had so many termites under our hose that they destroyed the staircase leading to the above ground garage. It cost my family $1000 to fix and when we explained this to Future Services they basically said "too bad" and refused to compensate us. I tried to follow up by phone but after 2 days of phone tag they didn't return my final call. This company will take your money and not do the work. They tried to blame the contractor who has photo evidence that all work was up to code. I will provide pictures of the dead termites and damage shortly so others can avoid this company.

The cost is $87 per every quarter. Since I haven't checked any competition, I would give them an A for price. I don't have termites so currently, it is working.
